Syrup pressed from fresh fruits at their harvest. It contains less sugar and more fruit than the traditional syrups. It was made from unclarified juice – it is naturally unclarified. It does not contain any preservatives, artificial colourings, flavours or citric acid. Pasteurised, non-concentrate.
Raspberry fruits contain: organic acids – lemon, apple, ascorbic, salicylic, mucous compounds, pectin, anthocyanins, mineral salts, the most important of which are iron and copper compounds and vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B6, PP.
In natural medicine raspberries have been used prophylactically for periods of increased morbidity and as a diaphoretic agent.
