Syrup pressed from fresh fruits at their harvest. It contains less sugar and more fruit than the traditional syrups. It was made from unclarified juice – it is naturally unclarified. It does not contain any preservatives, artificial colourings, flavours or citric acid. Pasteurised, non-concentrate.
The dandelion flowers contain: inulin, bitterness, flavonoids and carotenoids, as well as mineral salts, mainly potassium, magnesium and silicon, vitamins A, C and D, B vitamins and folic acid.
In medicine, more naturally syrup from the dandelion flower has been used for centuries prophylactically in periods of higher morbidity and during colds.
